Cadvisual is a strong promotor of software able to share data based on open standards. BuildingSMART is currently the main open standard dedicated to the building industry.  All products who have this technology implemented can be part of the building information proces. Cadvisual has multiple years expreicence in the use and implementation of those buildingSMART applications.

The target to re-use building and design data to prevent double work and minimize the chance on mistakes. The design data needs to flow from the different stages making a growing detail in information en creating more detail in the 3D model. The design starts in the early stage design or even the program of demands. In the end the building-owner gets the resulting data provided in a FM sytem.
